Our congregation comes together before God under the leadership of Pastor Joel Ponnappa.

A Catholic to a Believer of Jesus Christ:

Pastor Joel Ponnappa is born in a Roman Catholic Family in the year 17th July 1961. He was formerly a Karate Chief Instructor, training probationers of police and navy families in Goa. At the age of 21, he had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ in a vision, when he attended a House group prayer meeting in Mysore. Pastor Joel Ponnappa, an anointed preacher and evangelist, has delivered the Gospel message to thousands of people face to face in many parts of India.

  

His Calling for Ministry

Ministry in Goa and Mysore:

God used him as one of the pioneering instrument in starting the very first Pentecostal Fellowship in Goa. Many people got saved through his ministry in Goa with great testimonies of miraculous healing and deliverance. His prayer for the establishment of church of disciples in Mysore was fulfilled by the Lord.

 

By the grace of God, he is spiritually encouraging ministries in and around Mysore. He is blessed to bring many pastors in the city of Mysore to work towards a common vision of bringing the people out of darkness to light. He led MCCF (Mysore City Christian Forum, which is a Registered body for pastors) as President for Eight years since 2009.

 

Pastor Joel is married to sis. Angela and are blessed with two children Jonathan Ponnappa and Joanne Ponnappa , who are actively serving the Lord.
